We have 3 types of rides – Training, Social and most importantly Club Rides
TRAINING RIDE

Go out and push as hard as ya want – a couple of people have mentioned that they would like to do some training rides round RP of an evening, so if you fancy a bit of company on your lung buster post up a thread in our forum. I think it’s quite reasonable that whoever’s on the training ride should be able to agree amongst themselves the level of effort, if there’s going to be any waiting on the tops of climbs, etc.
SOCIAL RIDE

Easy tempo, an opportunity to bring your other halves along, and a jaunt somewhere nice with lots of cakes and coffees.
CLUB RIDE

You know the score by now, nobody gets left behind, nobody gets beasted, wait at the top of climbs and give the last man up a few moments to recover. Loads of communication and plenty, plenty looking around if you’re at the head of the peloton. If the pace is getting wound up a bit too much, shout out to scrub a couple of clicks off the speed. Mandatory stop for coffee, cake, and mocking of wayne’s climbig abilities. Club rides are where we ride together and stay together. Sunday’s ride is ALWAYS a club ride.
